Software, Management Information & Business Intelligence

Rather than providing commercial vehicle customers with endless reports and system logins to order vehicles and view dashboard data, our approach is highly pro-active, closely managed and we use our experience and expertise to act on data rather than just supplying it.

Commercial vehicle customers benefit from a three-pronged approach to Client Software, Business Intelligence (BI) and Management Information (MI).

Firstly, we have our own in-house software team building systems that are relevant to customers and underpin our unique fleet management offering. This is headed up by Vaughan Harris who was developing secure systems for Government departments prior to joining KINTO.

Secondly, we have a dedicated MI and BI team led by Simon Cable. Prior to KINTO, Simon worked for one of the world’s largest technology distribution specialists. His team works closely with Vaughan to listen to customer needs, act on their feedback and develop reports, and provide data capture, that is meaningful to customers and easy to use.

Thirdly, we have Michael Green and a Strategic Account Manager who review, analyse and interpret the data to constantly improve the way in which the vehicle fleet is operationally run, suppliers are managed and downtime is reduced.

All three teams sit in close proximity of one another, and are alongside the commercial vehicle technical team, downtime team and account managers.
